Patriot League

The Patriot League tournament tips off Tuesday night on campus sites and will stay on campus at the higher seeds. The 1-seed this year is Colgate who shared the regular season title with Bucknell.

Colgate is 130th in KenPom and enter the tournament on a roll, having won 8 straight. Bucknell has had more recent success than Colgate and have 3 A-10 victims on their resume. That said, they have lost 3 of 5. They’re 149th in KenPom. Lehigh is the 3-seed at 12-6 in league play and are 162nd in KenPom. In the last week, Lehigh lost at home to Holy Cross and were thumped on the road yesterday to Loyola (MD). They are not trending.

American is the 4-seed and the only other KenPom top 200 team in the Patriot.

The Pick: Colgate - The Raiders are the hottest team in the league. They split with Bucknell, with both holding serve at home. They swept Lehigh. Bucknell is capable of winning this but I’ll take home court for Colgate
