MAC-tion

Tomorrow, the MAC begins its conference tournament from the city of champions, Cleveland. Akron, who finished 14-4 in the MAC East is the favorite.

The Zips were 104th in KenPom. Ohio, who finished 11-7 in the East, tied with Buffalo for second, is one spot ahead of Akron at 103. The two split the regular season. Akron has lost 3 of their last 5 entering the tournament, albeit by 8 total points.

Buffalo and Toledo are also capable of winning the tournament as well. Interestingly, Eastern Michigan who is the 8-seed, has the 5th best KenPom number. 

This could/should be a wide open tournament.
