Horizon League

The Horizon League begins its tournament tomorrow from beautiful Detroit. It could be a wild one.

Oakland and Valpo were co-champions. Oakland swept the regular season meetings and will be the 1-seed. UWGB and Northern Kentucky both finished 12-6 in league are capable of winning the tournament.

Valpo has twelve-year senior Alec Peters and are the highest rated team in KenPom at 95. Oakland checks in at 108. Northern Kentucky and UWGB are 149 and 177 respectively but have wins over Valpo. UWGB also has a win over Oakland at Oakland. 11-7 Wright State should also be watched.

Oakland enters the tournament on a 9-game winning streak. The tournament is in their backyard. This should be a fun little tournament.

EDIT: Valpo just announced Alec Peters is out for the year. Would take a big effort now for Valpo

The Pick: Oakland (But don't be surprised by some CHAOS)
