Not a ton of movement last night. LSU took a bad loss to Tennessee and fall to
a 10 seed. Purdue missed an opportunity
against Michigan State and falls out of the bracket. They are replaced by BYU for the moment. Miami beat Pittsburgh to keep their hopes
alive. Pitt is on their last legs. Tulsa got shelled by Cincinnati and their
resume got thinner.
Tonight’s games include Old Dominion, which we previewed
yesterday, Temple, Davidson, and Stanford.
Davidson has the most to gain hosting VCU. It’s a must win to prove to the committee
that they got what it takes. Temple has
a no win situation against East Carolina and a loss would probably drop them
out. Stanford needs every win it can get
and it starts with Arizona State.
A couple more conference tournaments kick off today and I
will have those previews up soon.
