Horizon League

There was a time in our lives when UWGB was Wisconsin's only hope when it came to the NCAA tournament. Not the Badgers, not the Warriors but UWGB. They haven't been since 1996 and Wisconsin has one of the nation's longer tourney streaks and Marquette has been a steady guest at the dance. Even Green Bay's rival, Milwaukee has been three times, making a Sweet 16.

Well, this year, UWGB enters the Horizon League as a clear favorite with the league's two best players in Keifer Sykes and Alec Brown and the bulk of the tournament being played at the Resch Center in beautiful downtown Green Bay.

Opening round games are played at home campus sites with the quarters and semis played in Green Bay. The final game will be played at the home of the team with the best conference record.

Final Standings:

1. UWGB, 14-2 (24-5), 52 KenPom
2. Cleveland State, 12-4 (21-10), 77 KenPom
3. Wright State, 10-6 (18-13), 135 KenPom
4. Valpo, 9-7 (17-14), 156 KenPom

Green Bay should be and is the prohibitive favorite. Their two losses at home this year were to Wisconsin and Milwaukee. The other conference loss was to Valpo on the road.
