Once again, this is the tournament I looking forward to the most.  Any of the top 4 are capable of winning 3 in a row and taking the championship.  The hot team to start was Syracuse but in the last couple weeks they’ve cooled off.  Since then Virginia and North Carolina have been the two top teams.  Duke has been steady all year but have thrown some real clunkers in lately, see Wake Forest.  Looking at the bubble, Pittsburgh should feel safe, not some much because there profile is sold but more because the committee has to take 68 teams.  Florida State would be the likely 6^th team but they currently sit on the outside probably needing two wins to get in.  North Carolina State probably needs to make the championship and that may still not be enough.

3.       Duke, RPI - 7, KenPom – 7

4.       North Carolina, RPI - 20, KenPom –22

5.       Pittburgh, RPI - 40, KenPom – 21

6.       Florida State, RPI - 58, KenPom – 39

7.       North Carolina State , RPI - 63 , KenPom - 77

This tournament is wide open but I look for Syracuse to get back into the groove and win out to secure a 2 seed.
