In the last 4 seasons, the conference has sent its regular season champion only once to the NCAA's when they sent Asheville two seasons ago. Last year's tournament winner was 15-21 Liberty.
The conference is split into two divisions, North and South. High Point won the North (12-4) and Coastal Carolina won the South (11-5).

I'll pick UNC Asheville to win despite Coastal Carolina hosting the whole tourney in Myrtle Beach.
