Top 5 Team Most Likely to Lose in Round 2

This year's pick to fall flat on their face is the #5 ranked Villanova Wildcats. They've been very good all year long with losses only to Temple and Georgetown but lets take a closer look at the number. First of all they aren't very big. They only have 1 player over 6-8 and he's a Freshman who just came back from an injury. The have Taylor King playing "power" forward. Yes, this is the same Taylor King who was a guard on an undersized Duke team 2 years ago. Secondly, and most importantly they don't play very good defense. In fact they only rank 55th in Adjusted Defensive Efficiency. No team, I repeat, no team has ever made the Final Four that finished outside the top 20 of AdjD. In fact, no team out of the top 35 ever made the Elite Eight. 55th is a far cry from 35th much less 20th. For these two reasons you can pencil in a loss in the second round of the NCAA tournament against #7 Xavier for the #2 seeded Villanova Wildcats.

I'm leaning towards Syracuse, if any out of the Big East.
