1. Probably never since Marquette can still finish 11-5 in the Big East by winning most of their home games and feasting on the bottom feeders on the road (AKA Cincinnati, Rutgers, Depaul, and South Florida)

2. Absolutely. With the right matchup (like Rider and thier 6-11 center, Jason Thompson) I'd be willing to pick a 14 seed over them if they make a run in the Big East tournament and get a 3 seed

3. Close but his real crutch is that he doesn't recruit any inside players. They haven't had any power in the middle since Robert Jackson and he was a transfer. You need guard play to win in the tournament but you can't be completely reliant on it.
