BYU 18-5
Let’s take a closer look at BYU this year. Of their 5 loses 4 of them have come on the road against, #10 Michigan State, #23 UNLV, the number 2 team in the WAC, Boise State, and Wake Forest. Their lone home loss came against possible #1 seed North Carolina; a game in which BYU was outscored 14-4 in the final 5 minutes.
Personnel wise BYU has 3 players which average 13+ points and 5+ rebounds including possible Mountain West player of the year, 6-11 Center, Trent Plaisted.
If matched up against a vulnerable #1 seed (aka not Duke) in round 2 I can see a possible upset.
