I'm not saying the Big East is the best conference in the land but it'll be one of the wilder ones. After two weeks, Georgetown is 1-3 in conference and tied for 12th place and I'd argue they're better than last year's outfit.
I doubt Cincinnati is 16-0 good (and they're losing at Villanova as I type) and I wonder about St. John's staying power but with the addittion of the 4 teams to the tournament, they're getting a minimum of 8 teams and has a long shot of getting 10 (Again, say you, Brian?).
Whatever the case, there are going to be some very good teams from the Big East that will be staying home in March. And the teams that survive the grind will be battle tested for March.
