There were a couple things of note Tuesday night. North Carolina got upset by Syracuse making it 2-3 in their last 5. I'm guessing they fall to a 3 seed in the next bracket.
Wisconsin and Kentucky stop the bleeding by getting needed wins over Mississippi and Ohio State.
3 of my 4 #9 seeds lose, Virginia, Butler, and Texas A&M. Butler is understandable against Marquette but the other two, against Pitt and Vandy are bad losses.
Providence beats St. John's and while neither are in, the Johnnies are in trouble.
Tonight is a little thin on meaningful games but the headliner is South Carolina at Auburn.
Bubble teams in action include Michigan State at Penn State and a Big East matchup of Xavier and Seton Hall
