Here's an interesting opinion from Gregg Doyel about Oklahoma's second recent run-in with the NCAA.
I don't know if imposing a "death penalty" on a school is fair. SMU football has been lost in the wilderness since they received it. But it is an interesting notion to ponder in the off-season.
